The Tools for Blanking/Piercing/Bending as also Jigs/fixtures required to process/finish the components as per clients requirement are designed and manufactured in house. The wire cut process is out sourced and completed under supervision of our representative.

Dies as per clients design.
These are strictly manufactured as per Design given by clients and trials are taken prior to delivery of Dies to customers.

Precision Sheet Metal Components
The complete processing of components is done in house including welding/Spot welding. The raw material used is sheets in thickness from 0.5 mm to 10mm. We manufacture parts from Mild Steel/Stainless Steel/Brass/Copper and Aluminium. We also undertake manufacture on Labour Charge basis, where the client supplies raw material. surface treatment either plating OR painting is out sourced.
